NYC BIKE RENTAL / Rental Agreement

- I do release, discharge and hold harmless Central Park Bicycle Shop, Inc. individually and collectively, from any and all liability for damages of any kind or character, resulting from any injury or condition I may suffer, or may result from me participating in this bicycle rental.

- All bicycles must be returned to the pick up location at 411 West 58 Street, New York, NY 10019.

- It is the renter’s responsibility to prevent the bicycles from theft. If the bicycle is stolen, the renter accepts to pay $300 for each bicycle.

- It is the renter’s responsibility to check the bicycle and let the mechanic know before departing.

- The renter is allowed to exchange the bicycle in the pick up location in case of need be

- All cancellations made by the purchaser is subject to charge 25% of the total amount and the transaction fees as well.
